We respect your privacy!  We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Period! Any information you give to The Collective will be held with the utmost care.

Privacy of our Email Lists

Individuals joining our mailing lists are added to our email database using the forms provided on this web site and through our store. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone and are only divulged to authorized staff of The Collective.

Unsubscribe Policy

We hope you want to hear from us, but understand that sometimes this might not be the case.  In this instance, please email us at team@thecollective.co.nz putting ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line and we will remove you from our list.

Returns Policy

While we do our absolute best to describe items, our pieces are preloved so we ask that you thoroughly inspect prior to purchase as we do not offer refunds. 

You can visit our physical store and view items during opening hours, Monday to Sundays at 37 Mokoia Road, Birkenhead. 

If you would like to purchase online ‘sight unseen’ we would be happy to send detailed images of the piece you are interested in. You can email us at team@thecollective.co.nz.
