Privacy of our Email Lists

Individuals joining our mailing lists are added to our email database using the forms provided on this web site and through our store. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone and are only divulged to authorized staff of The Collective.


Unsubscribe Policy

We hope you want to hear from us, but understand that sometimes this might not be the case.  In this instance, please email us at team@thecollective.co.nz putting ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line and we will remove you from our list.


Returns Policy

If for some reason, you don’t love your purchase, you are welcome to send your item/s back for a ‘change of mind’ store credit.  In the instance (we hope its rare!) you receive a faulty product we will refund your purchase in full including postage. Sorry, no returns on sale items. See below for our return process:

Store credits are valid for 6 months and you will be able to use in store or online at www.thecollective.co.nz.

Return Process

‘Change of mind’ returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt and at buyers expense.  We recommend using a tracked courier as we will not be held accountable for lost items.  Original tags must be attached and items received back in the order they were received.

Faulty items are to be posted back and received in our store within 14 days from receipt.  We will process this free of charge and issue you a full refund including postage.  Please email us at returns@thecollective.co.nz with your name, bank account details and contact number.  We will issue you with an order number that must be included with the return of the item.

As a pre-loved store, we try our absolute best to describe all items as accurately as possible however there may be times we get this wrong; if you are not happy with what you receive based on our description, please contact us at returns@thecollective.co.nz and we will endeavor to resolve the issue.
