Founded in 2014 as a boutique second-hand store, The Collective grew from personal experience with mental health challenges into a space where sustainability, community, and meaningful support could thrive.

Today, our purpose continues through services designed for real-life transitions — downsizing support, house and estate clearances, senior relocations, and Eco Crate — all delivered with the same values that inspired our beginnings.

Help us give quality preloved furniture a second life. Many items go straight to new homes, while some are lovingly refurbished by skilled volunteers through our connection with The Men’s Shed — giving them a fresh chance to be enjoyed again.

By donating, you’re supporting sustainability, reducing waste, and helping fund mental health initiatives, as 50% of profits from donated items go directly to the Mental Health Foundation of NZ.
